Spring100 has begun and you can now start walking and logging your Spring100 miles!! With the new Spring100 Member’s Portal, you can daily submit the miles you walk or run for the Spring100! Log in, click the “Log Miles” tab, and enter the miles walked or run for the specific date.

Don’t forget to snap your Spring100 Starting Line Photo and send it in to be featured for our FIRST 100Mile Monday post which this coming Monday, March 25th! If you’re a Spring100 Veteran, this is your time to set the example and show the New Spring100ers how it’s done. 🙌🏻 You can easily upload your photos on the Member’s Portal. The 2024 Spring100 officially begins tomorrow… Tuesday, March 19th!! Are you ready to start walking + Logging your miles? Here are some things you need to know as we get ready to jump into this challenge:
1.) Registration will close on April 8th, 2024. If you have yet to REGISTER or have friends who want to join, NOW is the time to do so!
2.) You can DAILY LOG your miles! That is right. In years past we have done weekly mile logging but with the new Member Portal, you can now daily log your miles. Start logging your Spring100 miles on March 19th!
3.) Walk or RUN at your own pace! Many people have asked, “Do I have to walk 1.1 miles a day or can I do 3 miles 3 times a week or run 5 miles 2 times a week?” The answer is YES! You can walk/run at your own pace and set your daily walking goals as long as you make it to 100 miles by the end of the Spring challenge(June 20th!)
4.) Don’t forget the printables! If you have young children walking, we have special Spring100 Printables that will make keeping track of miles so much easier!
5.) NOW is the time to share this challenge! We are just about to beat our biggest Spring100 Challenge to date but we need your help to make it! Tell family, friends, church groups, and anyone else they need to join the fun and register for the Spring100 Walking/Running Challenge!

What is the Spring100?
The Spring100Challenge is made up of a big but simple goal: to walk (or run) 100 miles during Spring. This 100-mile goal breaks down to a doable 1.1 miles a day!!

Why is the Spring100?
Sure! Physical exercise is great, our bodies are a gift from God that we should seek to keep healthy and active for His glory, but physical fitness isn’t my goal when it comes to hosting the Spring100 Challenge. We are told in 1 Timothy 4, “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” It is my hope and main goal as I host the Spring100 Challenge to remind you that we are participating in a daily spiritual race! Hebrews 12 commands us to RUN WITH ENDURANCE the race that is set before us. The wonderful news?! This is a race in which we are never forsaken and we do not run in our own strength. As Christians, we run the ultimate race with a triumphant forerunner. We run it by His grace and in His strength! This life is a race to be run with endurance as we set our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith! It is my prayer that the 2024 Spring100 is a physical and spiritual blessing to each of you joining!
Who can join the Spring100?
Anyone can join The Spring100. We have had Thousands of participants from across the world over the years and This year I want to see YOU. Don’t forget! the more people we get to join, the funner the challenge will be! So, please share this year’s challenge with friends, family, church groups, and on social media. Let them know it’s time to join the 2024 Spring100 and be physically and spiritually encouraged!

Once you’ve reached your 100 Mile Goal, you will be given the option to purchased a 2024 Spring100 T-shirt! This year’s colors include Heathered Military Green for the gentlemen, Heathered, Megenta for the ladies, and Heathered Culombian Blue for the youth!

100Mile Monday Posts! Every Monday (100mileMonday) I’ll be posting a weekly recap with photos of those participating (YOU) walking across the world. 2023 would be the 7th year for the Spring100 Challenge. I want to first take a moment and thank each and every one of you for your past participation. It has been a joy to host the Spring100 and walk with you over the years!
As we enter the 7th year of the Spring100, I have chosen to take a year of rest. A year to step back, evaluate, restructure, and streamline the challenge. My goal is to come back in 2024 with new content and fresh energy!
My reason for this decision is twofold:
1.) First and foremost, With 3,000 participants last year, this challenge has grown into a ministry that I can no longer run on my own and one that I feel biblically needs male leadership.
2.).Secondly, Due to the vast growth of spring100 over the years, the challenge has become financially overwhelming! We have been blessed with donations from Spring100ers across the world but these donations have not covered the cost of this challenge. In 2022 we fell drastically short of reaching our donation goals!
I will be seeking the Lord for wisdom in these two important areas of the Spring100 challenge and ask you to join me in praying for the Lord’s direction.
My hope and prayer is to see each and every one of you next year, Lord willing! Until then, may the Lord richly bless you and keep you as you seek and serve Him. In every season, He remains faithful!

You read that right, by the grace of God, all 2022 Spring100 shirts are on their way!!🙌🏻🎉 Hundreds of Spring100 shirts are making their way across the world and landing in qualifying Spring100ers’ mailboxes!! I AM SO EXCITED and so humbled by God’s goodness, faithfulness, and grace throughout this entire event!! Phew, what a month it has been getting those shirts ready to ship. 😅This has been THE BIGGEST Spring100 ship-off to date!! A HUGE thank you to my family who has diligently helped fold, package, and drop off these fabulous T-shirts at the Post office!! They worked late into the night to help get these shirts packaged for their shipments. 💛📬 So many of you are already receiving your packages and I’m beyond thrilled to think of these shirts being worn by Spring100 finishers😍. There are so many of you here and I am amazed at what the Lord has done this Spring100 season. 93 days, Hundreds of fellow walkers participating in 7+ different countries, and Thousands of miles walked… Well done everyone!!🙌🏻 To God alone be all glory! For those who faithfully participated but were not able to meet the 100-mile goal, we are giving YOU a huge round of applause for your dedication and perseverance.👏🏼 👏🏼 REMEMBER, “bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” This is just a physical challenge that is intended to encourage you in the spiritual race you are daily participating in. Well, here we are! At the FINAL 100MileMonday post for the 6th Annual Spring100 Challenge. Praise God for bringing us to this place!! As we finish out this challenge, I am reminded of Paul’s powerful words to Timothy as he was nearing the end of his spiritual race. He said, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith”. We may be at the end of this physical 93-day walking challenge but our spiritual race continues on. May we strive to KEEP THE FAITH and fight the good fight, finishing strong by the grace of God and His strength! I am praying for you all. What a fabulous Spring100 Season it has been for me! Many miles have been walked with siblings as we enjoy good conversation and time together. PRAISE THE LORD!! I am so thankful for you all. Your encouragement and participation in this challenge have been a tremendous blessing. I truly thank the Lord for you! It is my prayer that you would leave this challenge strengthened and renewed in Him!!
