“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.”
2 Timothy 4:7-8
Well, here we are! At the FINAL 100MileMonday post for the 6th Annual Spring100 Challenge. Praise God for bringing us to this place!! For those who just have a few miles left, you can still finish strong. Miles walked by Tuesday, June 21st at 11:59 pm (cst) count toward your 100-mile goal!! As we finish out this challenge, I am reminded of Paul’s powerful words to Timothy as he was nearing the end of his spiritual race. He said, “I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith”. We may be at the end of this physical 93-day walking challenge but our spiritual race continues on. May we strive to KEEP THE FAITH and fight the good fight, finishing strong by the grace of God and His strength! I am praying for you all. For those who have just a few miles left and are working hard to finish before 11:59 pm (cst) on Tuesday, June 21st, I am cheering you on along with hundreds of other Spring100ers from the finish line. ππ» YOU CAN DO IT!!!ππΎππΌββοΈππ»ββοΈπ―

βWherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.β

Rachel @Spring100
It is such an honor, Anna!! Thank you for joining. π§‘π―
Abigail Stiff
Wow! It’s hard to believe that we are at the end! This has been an amazing experience. After this I will walk regularly with our dogs, but with summer here, I will be more busy. Thank you, thank you, thank you Rachel and your family for all your hard work and getting this all together. The biggest lesson I learned from Spring100 was that though you may be tired, sweaty, exhausted, and ready to give up, God will give you the strength to press on and He is always with you. Hope to see you all next year!
Rachel @Spring100
Praise the Lord, amen!!! ππΌπ§‘π― Thank you, Abigail!!!
Hannah Stiff
Yay! It was 93 days well spent. I will still keep walking throughout the year, and enjoy the time with God and family as a result. I learned through this year’s Spring 100 that a little walk every day can be so uplifting, physically and spiritually! A walk will never go to waste. Rachel, you have been an amazing cheerleader and friend to us all as we pushed through our miles. May you and your family have a blessed summer. See you next year Lord willing!
Rachel @Spring100
Hannah, thank you for your sweet encouragement and blessings! Praise God for another great spring100 season!! π―ππΌβ₯οΈ
Hannah and Lauren
Thank you so much, Rachel, for this wonderful challenge! Yes, I plan to keep running and walking with my family after the end of the challenge. It takes dedication, but it is worthwhile and rewarding! We are blessed to have a long dirt road in front of our property with minimal traffic making it a great place to walk and run!
Great job walking everyone!
~Hannah

Bethany
I hope to continue walking and at least get q short walk in some evenings. It’s too hot here for long walks now! Thank you, Rachel, for the many hours you have faithfully poured into this challenge!!! It’s a blessing to so many people. I’ve especially enjoyed walking 100 miles with my sister this year. Lots of good times for talking! One thing I’ve seen emphasized this Spring 100 is that walking is a great way to get talking and have good conversations!
Rachel @Spring100
Yes!! Spring100 walks are such a great time for quality conversation. So happy to have you and Hannah part of the challenge this year!!! THANK YOU, Bethany!!ππΌββοΈπ§‘π―

Ruthie S.
I will definitely keep walking, but it honestly probably won’t be as consistent. It always feels so good and refreshing to get out and exercise. Hmmm, the biggest lesson? I think one thing would definitely be the value of being consistent and intentional with things.
Rachel, this challenge has been such a blessing and a lot of fun! Thank you for all your hard work and encouragement!! You’re awesome!
Rachel @Spring100
I love the lessons you took From the challenge, Ruthie! β₯οΈ
Aw, itβs an honor to host this event. Iβm praising the Lord for the energy and ability He gave me to do it again this year!!ππΌββοΈπ§‘π―
Jon Paul Thomas
I’m planning on continuing to run after the challenge! The biggest lesson I learned during the Spring 100 challenge was probably you only get out of the challenge what you put into it. I think that goes for a lot of things in life as well. It’s easy to just do the bare minimum, trying to barely get by with things but in the end hard work will pay off if you keep at it. Rachel, thank you so much for everything you do! It was a blast and I’m so glad I found out about Spring 100 and completed the challenge!
Rachel @Spring100
If a pleasure to have you part of this yearβs challenge, Jon Paul!! Thanks for being such an enthusiastic participant!! ππΌπ―
Grace C
Thank you so much for putting this walking challenge together again and for all your encouragement and hard work, Rachel! This Spring 100 was a blessing to my family and me!

Way to go everyone!!!!! What a great year.
shericlaude
I plan on continuing to walk as I can. I have for many years.
I learned that it’s significantly harder to walk without my long-time walking partner, Gita, but I was so thankful for the encouragement from my Spring100 walking partners to “keep on trucking”, (as we used to say).
A special thanks to my friend, Rachel, for hosting the walk again this year! God bless you and your family in the mind-boggling, huge job of packaging and mailing tee shirts!!
Caroline Flournoy
Way to go everyone!! Another great year, and if you didn’t make it…there’s always next year, and you still got good exercise!ππ₯³π LOVE all the pictures!!π
