NOW is the time to log miles for week 11(MAY 23rd through May 29th!) As always, our easy mile log is below. Feel free to email with any questions! “Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding. He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.”
Isaiah 40:28-29
Here we are, ending the month of May and entering the month of June! We are on the “home stretch” for the 2022 Spring100 and I am so excited to see each and every one of you persevering and pressing forward to the finish line. I was reminded of the above verses from Isaiah 40 this week! I know there are Spring100 participants out there that are feeling like they can’t make it to the finish line. You are ready to call it quits and “throw in the towel”! BUT DON’T QUIT. The Lord God can and will renew your strength! Push it out and see how far you can get in His strength. As we find ourselves running the spiritual race of life we will also find ourselves seasons of spiritual “burn out”. Times we are ready to give up! It is in the times of our feeling our utter weakness that we see His strength is perfected in us. I love the promise found in Psalm 73:24, “Thou shalt guide me with thy counsel, and afterward receive me to glory.” He renews us, strengthens us, and will bring us to our spiritual “Finish Line” in His strength by His grace! “I had fainted, unless I had believed to see the goodness of the Lord in the land of the living. Wait on the Lord: be of good courage, and he shall strengthen thine heart: wait, I say, on the Lord.” Psalm 27:13-14! Alright, y’all ready to conquer another week of Spring100 walking?? The finish line is just around the corner… let’s get there together in The Lord’s strength!๐๐ผ๐ฏ
Question: Have you had a โfavorite” or most memorable walk this Spring100 season? What happened on it? Tell us about it in the comment section below!!
PLEASE READ: As we enter the month of June, we also go throug the Book of John! If you haven’t been following along for the Spring100 reading plan, I STRONGLY encourage you to join us for the final book of our 100 Chapter plan!

โWherefore seeing we also are compassed about with so great a cloud of witnesses, let us lay aside every weight, and the sin which doth so easily beset us, and let us run with patience the race that is set before us, Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.โ
Hebrews 12:1-2.

Hi everyone!!! A wonderful post as usual! Loved seeing all these pictures. Definitely one of the most memorable walks for me was an evening beach walk I took back in April on vacation. Things were beautiful and I enjoyed so much good conversation with friends and sisters.โจ๐๐ปโฅ๏ธ๐
Rachel @Spring100
That was a BEAUTIFUL walk!!! ๐๐
Hannah
I can’t pick a favorite walk; they’ve all been wonderful! I’ve walked every mile with my sister Bethany, and we’ve had such a good time together! From discussing our current writing projects and helping each other figure out the next plot developments to sharing what the Lord has been teaching us lately, we usually run out of walking time before we run out of things to talk about!
Rachel @Spring100
Aw, praise the Lord, Hannah!! This brought me so much joy to read.๐๐ผ๐งก
Chyanne Lehman
I’ve had lots of fun walks! When I was in Wisconsin I really enjoyed being able to walk with my aunt while I was there we had good conversations! And I also enjoyed being able to go on a walk with my cousins and I have enjoyed evening walks with my siblings so I don’t think I have one particular time that was my favorite but I have had a lot of fun walking in the spring 100!!!
Rachel @Spring100
So glad you had that time with family during this Spring100, Chyanne!! ๐๐ผ
Keilah
My favorites have been running on a trail through the woods- it’s so quiet and peaceful ๐
Rachel @Spring100
Sounds lovely and invigorating! ๐
Liz M.
One of my most memorable walks was getting to walk with my nieces and nephew.
Ruthie S.
Definitely agree! That was a lot of fun!โค๏ธ
Rachel @Spring100
I bet that time with them is such a sweet memory!! ๐ฏ
Ruthie S.
Walking with my aunt and siblings was awesome! I also really enjoyed a beautiful hike with my whole family near Pine, Colorado.
Great pictures everyone! Way to go!!
Rachel @Spring100
The Colorado hiking sounds fabulous!!! ๐๐ผ๐
Abigail Stiff
Wow! It’s so cool to see all the neat places people get to hike in! Hope everyone is having a great week so far. Probably my favourite place to hike in is a trail on Robinson Island. It near our place with gorgeous scenery, cooling beaches and a nice long trail.๐๐ฆ We were able to do it with our good friends and it was a blast!โค๏ธ๐Can hardly wait to finish up the rest up of my miles. See you guys soon.
Hannah Stiff
I’d have to second my sister’s comments. I love Robinson’s Island, especially as we’ve always done it with our dear friends! Not to mention the fact my Border Collies adore their rambles in and around the woods and beaches with their Australian/Border Collie buddy that comes along with them. (:
John Silvey
My favorite walks have been the ones we’ve taken with fellow spring 100 people! Won’t pick a favorite of those though……………..XD
Amanda S.
Those would have to be mine as well! ๐
Elyse
I just ran my PR for a 5K at a 7min 18 sec pace~in total: 22 min and 36 sec.! That was memorable! At first I was just going to run two miles, then I decided to run 3.1 because I felt good and thought that I could make beat my PR! Yay! ~Elyse~
Sarah Silvey
It is hard to pick a favorite walk! We have had such fun ones with friends and with my 2-year old niece this Spring100. ๐ But probably my favorite are Sunday afternoon walks with my siblings. It is a special time together, and sometimes we end up walking our route two (or three!) times, just so we can talk some more.
Amanda S.
Yes! Our sibling walks are at the top of my favorites list, too! ๐ฅฐ
Victoria F.
One of my favorite walks would probably be the walk I went on one evening earlier this spring with my two brothers & my niece. We invited one of our friends who lives just down the road from us to come along, & we had a wonderful time of talking & catching up during the walk. ๐ We figured out it’s easier to get more miles in when you’re walking with friends! ๐
I love seeing all the pictures & beautiful places people have walked! Keep up the good work everyone! We are almost there! ๐
Caroline Flournoy
My favorite walks have been ones with other Spring100ers.๐ Lots of fun times.๐ฅฐ Keep up the great work everyone!! ๐
