WEEK 4 MILEAGE FORM

…………………………

It is God that girdeth me with strength, and maketh my way perfect. He maketh my feet like hinds’ feet, and setteth me upon my high places.
Psalm 18:32-33

How was week 4 of the Spring100 for you all?? It’s been a blessed week of walking for me. We had quite the weather roller-coaster here in North East Texas! ?☔❄☀ I love Psalm 18 and verses 32-33 are perfect as we enter a new week. This portion of Psalm 18 is my go-to when I feel “too tired” or lack motivation! It is going to be the Lord who gives us the strength to spiritually run with endurance and physically finish this Spring100 challenge strong. He makes our way perfect! So, if you find you’re getting tired and lacking endurance, look steadfastly to the Lord and He will renew your strength! He makes our feet like hinds feet and sets us on high places.  That’s an incredible promise! This week’s verses on the Spring100 calendar are 1 Corinthians 9:24-25, Know ye not that they which run in a race run all, but one receiveth the prize? So run, that ye may obtain.  And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.” Pretty amazing, isn’t it?! In God’s strength, let’s run to win.  I am praying for each of you this new week of the SPRING100. Have fun walking/running week 5!!??

I am happy to walk anywhere with family or a good friend ,but must confess I am partial to mountains ! There’s nothing quite like reaching the summit of a peak and surveying the vastness of creation below. I live in an excellent location for mountains. Arizona is full of them !

I agree, reaching the mountain top and looking down definitely is a humbling reminder of God’s great power. I always think of Psalm 46 when I’m blessed with a mountain walk! ☺️❤️ Ah!! You definitely live in a lovely state!! Enjoy it and this new week of the Spring100. ⛰?

I am enjoying doing the Spring 100 with everyone this year! The pictures have been wonderful…keep them coming!
I’m not picking a favorite place to walk, but favorite circumstances for walking…somewhere flat, cool but dry, and the wind not over
5 miles an hour! But maybe I’m just thinking of heaven….

Thanks for all your time and effort you put into Spring 100. Rachel
