Here we are!! Just 1 week away from the official start of the 2024 Spring100. Have you registered yet? If not, now is the time to Sign-up! March 19th you can begin walking and logging your Spring100 miles! I don’t know about you but am so excited!!! With just 1 week until the challenge begins, I wanted to hop on here and encourage you to share the challenge with friends, family, church groups, and on social media. What is the Spring100?

The Spring100 Challenge is made up of a big but simple goal: to walk (or run) 100 miles during Spring.  This 100-mile goal breaks down to a doable 1.1 miles a day!!

When is the Spring100?

The 2024 Spring100 officially begins March 19th and ends June 20th, 2024! This is the complete duration of spring. This gives you 93 days to complete your 100-mile goal. NOW is a great time to Sign Up!

Where is the Spring100?

This challenge takes place wherever you are!! Find a safe place to walk, grab your miles, and enjoy the interactive online Spring100 community.

Why is the Spring100?

Sure! Physical exercise is great, our bodies are a gift from God that we should seek to keep healthy and active for His glory, but physical fitness isn’t my goal when it comes to hosting the Spring100 Challenge. We are told in 1 Timothy 4, “For bodily exercise profiteth little: but godliness is profitable unto all things, having promise of the life that now is, and of that which is to come.” It is my hope and main goal as I host the Spring100 Challenge to remind you that we are participating in a daily spiritual race! Hebrews 12 commands us to RUN WITH ENDURANCE the race that is set before us. The wonderful news?! This is a race in which we are never forsaken and we do not run in our own strength. As Christians, we run the ultimate race with a triumphant forerunner. We run it by His grace and in His strength! This life is a race to be run with endurance as we set our eyes on Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith! It is my prayer that the 2024 Spring100 is a physical and spiritual blessing to each of you joining!

Who can join the Spring100?

Anyone can join The Spring100. We have had Thousands of participants from across the world over the years and This year I want to see YOU. Don’t forget! the more people we get to join, the funner the challenge will be! So, please share this year’s challenge with friends, family, church groups, and on social media. Let them know it’s time to join the 2024 Spring100 and be physically and spiritually encouraged!

Once you’ve reached your 100 Mile Goal, you will be given the option to purchased a 2024 Spring100 T-shirt! This year’s colors include Heathered Military Green for the gentlemen, Heathered, Megenta for the ladies, and Heathered Culombian Blue for the youth!
