We have the largest group of world-wide walkers to date. Y’all, this is going to be a fabulous Spring100!! 🙌🏻 I have been and will be praying for each of you during this Challenge!! It’s my hope and prayer that this will not just be a fun physical activity but also a spiritual encouragement for the glory of God as we set our eyes on Jesus Christ[Heb 12:1-3]. 💁🏼♀️ NOW IS THE TIME TO LOG YOUR MILES!! There is an extremely easy mile log to fill out below! This mile log will be for miles walked from March 20th-March 21st(a shorter “week” as Spring started on a Saturday). What a wonderful week to start the Spring 100! Prince Edward Island was pretty cold and snowy for a while, but Saturday was above 0 and sunny! Abigail, Elizabeth and I are walking our farm’s back pasture where our brother’s beef cattle usually graze. It’s a peaceful place to walk and enjoy God’s beautiful scenery. So glad we joined this year!

My nieces and nephew live nearby and are great motivators……For the first two days every time I looked outside at least one of them was walking and urged me to come along….I was able to get in a little over 11 miles total!!

I have to admit that it was very hard getting started walking this year! I am easing gently into it! I’m walking with my husband Tom (it’s our 2nd Spring 100) and our daughter Hannah (her 4th).
We take care of my 92 year old mom who has lived with us for 11 years. She fell in early March and broke her arm and injured her hip and left leg. She’s just slowly started walking again this weekend. She watches us walk around our property from her window and knows about the Spring 100. We’ve told her she should challenge herself to walk to the kitchen for 100 days so she can feel a part of what we’re doing!
