Week 9 of the 2025 Spring100 has come to an end, which is incredible!!๐ฑ๐ฏ We are 60 days through this 92-day challenge. There is just a little over a month left to grab your miles. So many have crossed the finish line and are cheering on fellow participants as they continue their pursuit to run with endurance and finish strong!! You all are doing such a fabulous job pressing toward the goal. DON’T QUIT! “He who runs a race, must never stop short of the end.” Endure to the end!! This week, I pray we will all press on both physically and spiritually as we run the race before us. Let’s conquer week 10! ๐๐ป๐๐ผโโ๏ธ
Spring100 Weekly Meditation
PRESS ON
Philippians 3:12-14 || Week 9
“Not that I have already attained, or am already perfected; but I press on, that I may lay hold of that for which Christ Jesus has also laid hold of me. Brethren, I do not count myself to have apprehended; but one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind and reaching forward to those things which are ahead, I press toward the goal for the prize of the upward call of God in Christ Jesus.”
Philippians 3:12-14
This simple dependence and earnestness of soul, were not mentioned as if the apostle had gained the prize, or were already made perfect in the Saviour’s likeness. He forgot the things which were behind, so as not to be content with past labours or present measures of grace. He reached forth, stretched himself forward towards his point; expressions showing great concern to become more and more like unto Christ. He who runs a race, must never stop short of the end, but press forward as fast as he can; so those who have heaven in their view, must still press forward to it, in holy desires and hopes, and constant endeavours. Eternal life is the gift of God, but it is in Christ Jesus; through his hand it must come to us, as it is procured for us by him. There is no getting to heaven as our home, but by Christ as our Way.- Matthew Henry

ย “For this cause we also, since the day we heard it, do not cease to pray for you, and to desire that ye might be filled with the knowledge of his will in all wisdom and spiritual understanding; That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God; Strengthened with all might, according to his glorious power, unto all patience and longsuffering with joyfulness; Giving thanks unto the Father, which hath made us meet to be partakers of the inheritance of the saints in light: ย Who hath delivered us from the power of darkness, and hath translated us into the kingdom of his dear Son: In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins”
Colossians 1:9-14

I finished my 100 miles on the 13th, but kept walking and my sister finished her 100 on Saturday. Now to keep walking to get my BFF to her 100 miles!

Rachel @Spring100
YES! I get so many more miles in because of younger sisters who want to walk. It is so helpful to have that motivation! ๐๐ผ

Seeing other spring100’ers reach there goal helps to keep me motivated ๐ค we’re at a little over 80 miles so the finish line is in sight ๐คฉ

I finished 100 miles on Mother’s Day, but I’m pushing myself to keep going for health reasons. I’ve added weights for part of it for a full-body workout. Some days I don’t feel like I have energy to stand up, much less walk, but I’m doing it anyway. For me it takes focus and commitment. I have to be serious about it to keep going. It’s actually about good stewardship over the body and life that God has lent to me for a short time.
Please be encouraged to keep on keeping on!!! Walk for Jesus; walk for others; walk for yourselves!!! ๐
Lori
Iโm walking to keep in shape while pregnant. Iโm a little behind, but Iโll keep walking even if I finish late because my pregnancy finish line is in November.
Bethany
Walking with my sister is great motivation for me. The finish line is getting closer with every step you take! Keep at it, Spring100ers!!

Mostly, I’m trying to get ahead of my best friend…(I guess that’s what motivates me) And I’m also determined to finish this year, unlike last year!๐ But usually I try to get in as many miles as possible whenever I go for a walk. Planning to do 101 miles so I can say I did over 100, though…๐ Keep up the good work!
